Frequently Asked Questions
If you need to reach us in an emergency, please call the Camp Santa Maria office at (303) 848-2222.
Our camp nurse is available 24/7 to care for any medical needs. If your child feels unwell, they’ll be given the appropriate care, and we’ll reach out to you if necessary.
We upload photos to a secure online gallery so you can see your child enjoying their camp experience. You’ll receive access details after the camp session ends.
You can send letters or emails to your child throughout their session. Letters may be mailed or pre-delivered to our camp staff and shared with your child throughout the camp session.
To keep things fair and simple, we ask that you don’t send packages. Feel free to send a letter or card with photos, puzzles, things like that!
Opening Day is filled with excitement! When you arrive, you’ll check in, meet the staff, and help your child get settled. It’s a day of first-time introductions, new friendships, and plenty of energy!
On Closing Day, we’ll host a special event for families to pick up their campers, see what they’ve been up to, and hear about their camp experiences.
We recommend a soft-sided trunk or duffle bag for packing. For more details, take a look at our Packing List to make sure everything fits comfortably in your camper’s cabin!
